Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By placing an order or using tidemove.com you agree to these Terms of Service, governed by Portuguese law. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
All products are sold by Tidemove acting as distributor for JAYKAY Sport GmbH and F2 boards. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; we reserve the right to correct errors.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (Stripe, Multibanco, MB Way). We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
4. Shipping
We ship within the EU. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
5. Returns (Consumer Rights)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Items must be in original condition. Contact returns@tidemove.com.
6. Warranty
JAYKAY products carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty. F2 products carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer with our assistance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidemove's liability is limited to the value of your order.
