Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using tidemove.com you agree to these Terms of Use, governed by Portuguese law. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site is both a shop and a showroom. Products in the catalogue can be bought online: you add them to a cart and pay through our checkout, which is hosted by Shopify. A contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
The JAYKAY e-Fin 2.0 is the exception. It is quoted per configuration and delivery country, so no price is published for it and no cart is offered — you request a quote and any sale is agreed with us directly.
3. Quotes are not binding offers
A quote sent in response to an enquiry is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. It reflects pricing, availability and delivery estimates at the time of writing, is valid for the period stated in it, and may change until a sale is confirmed in writing by both sides. Product descriptions on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and we reserve the right to correct errors.
4. Products
Tidemove acts as distributor for JAYKAY Sport GmbH. The specifications shown on the product page are the manufacturer’s and may be revised by them without notice.
5. Your consumer rights
Anything you buy here is a distance sale under EU law. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), and the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery. These rights are statutory and nothing in these terms limits them.
The same rights apply to a sale agreed by quote; in that case the terms of the individual sale are set out in the quote and order confirmation you receive.
6. Warranty
JAYKAY products carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer, with our assistance.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the contact form or any other part of this site to send unlawful, abusive or bulk unsolicited content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We use automated anti-spam measures and may decline to respond to enquiries that trip them.
8. Intellectual property
The Tidemove name, branding and site content are ours or our partners’. Product imagery and trade marks remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidemove is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
