Catalogue products are bought through the checkout on this site. The e-Fin 2.0 is quoted per configuration. Both are covered below.
How ordering works
From the catalogue — add what you want to the cart and check out. Payment is taken by Shopify's checkout; we confirm your order by email, and that confirmation is the contract.
By quote — for the e-Fin 2.0, send us an enquiry and we reply within one business day with pricing, availability and a delivery estimate for your country. If you go ahead, we confirm the order, payment terms and delivery date with you directly.
Delivery
We deliver across the European Union. Cost and lead time depend on the destination and on current stock, so both are quoted per enquiry rather than published here.
Because the e-Fin 2.0 ships with a lithium-ion battery, it travels under dangerous-goods rules. That restricts the available carriers and can rule out air freight to some destinations — we will tell you up front if it affects yours.
Returns and your consumer rights
Every sale is a distance sale under EU law. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, plus the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
To start a return, contact us through the contact form with your order number. We confirm the return address and who pays return carriage before you send anything back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the goods arrive.
Warranty
The JAYKAY e-Fin 2.0 carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear, impact damage, or corrosion from failing to rinse the motor after use in salt water.
Claims are handled directly with JAYKAY Sport GmbH, and we help you through it. Email contact form with your order reference, a description of the fault and photos where relevant.
