Shipping & Returns

We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery times:

• Portugal (mainland): 2–3 business days
• Portugal (islands): 3–5 business days
• EU countries: 4–7 business days

Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories included
• Not a custom or special-order item

To start a return, email returns@tidemove.com with your order number and reason.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
